A Compact Bathroom Design

The compact bathroom need not feel cramped. Compact bathroom design should take full advantage of glass, and the reflective nature of glazed tile, minimizing barriers within the space.

In this example, Kohler's "Tea for Two" bathtub was set within a tiled surround which extends into the shower to become a bench. The glass around the shower maintains the view from the bathroom door through the window. This diagonal sight line maximizes the size of the space.
