Danville Home Addition

This owners of this Danville home came to us seeking a way to add a 3-car garage to their residence while maintaining the the best qualities of their beautiful hillside lot.

We proposed keeping the garage itself very low, cutting into the hillside. Over it we built a separate apartment space with its own bath. This evolved into a new family room, complete with pool table and big screen TV. It became the favorite room of the house. Being just a few steps above grade on its uphill side, this upper level room still remains very much connected with its garden.
